Our brains are all wired in similar ways, through both our older systems of
neural networks to our newer ability to interpret the messages from those
systems. We often create unhappiness from our tendency to take those
messages personally, judge them and create an identity from our reactions to
them, when in actuality, they are just the responses from our programmed
mind. The good news is that we have other systems already in place that we
can access for greater wellbeing and joy. Join us for a basic understanding
