Underlying this truth is the infinite, unlimited aspect of You which we call Life, and is connected to all living things. This is the underlying basis for all spiritual and personal transformation.

Why do you keep experiencing lack, limitation, suffering, drama, doubt or rollercoaster emotions?
Because your programmed mind (often called the ego) has not been trained to recognize You as Life. At our core, most of us believe that we are not good enough, smart enough, or loveable enough just the way we are. And these internal limiting thoughts, beliefs, and stories create the external reality that we’ve all experienced – the troubled relationships, the depleted bank account, the sense that something is missing in life. Life is very persistent, and it gives you opportunity after opportunity to see why you don’t believe that you are as magnificent as Life is.

How does Life work to awaken you?
The wonderful news is that Life’s Purpose is for you to awaken to The Real You. It does this through a built-in mechanism within each of us called your emotional response, which is intimately connected to your integrity. Your integrity exists within you, intact and whole.
