<description>Thank you SO much for your very long, thoughtful and helpful reply.I shared it with my husband and he really appreciated it as well.

I especially enjoyed reading the part about Jaimie and not getting our partners mixed into something that is very much betwee mom and baby, it was very insightful I thought.

It is amazing how things sort of settle and I can say I am really happy about how things are turning out. Things have shifted for Zoe and she is now nursing once a day to go to sleep at night. Last night, as a matter of fact, I went to knitting group and my husband put her to bed without. She cried with him for about 15 minutes and then fell fast asleep. Her sleep has become deeper and she is sleeping very well. I also think that it has helped tremendously that we are feeding her what we call dinner 2. She really needs it. I have also seen that she drinks A LOT of water during the night. So my feeling that she was actually hungry and thirsty was right - although everyong said she should be fine, I really felt that it was actually more than comfort she was still seeking. I feel like I pushed her a little but then she sort of took the reigns and in general is in such a better mood in the morning, she is sleeping 12 hours!!!! so much more than before, she must feel so much more rested. Now, when she cries a little at night and I reach out for her she pushed my hand away, and last night my head...I think she knows the touch wakes her more then just letting herself drift off again - how amazing.

Thank you again, for your time and thoughts and support, I appreciate them SO much.
