The Wave of Creation

Perhaps, you have noticed the many opportunities to observe the challenge to humanity’s emerging consciousness. There can be no doubt that we are all being asked to step up, and become more conscious co-creators with Life. It seems the consequences of our actions, as a collective are showing up everywhere and very rapidly, in our health, our relationships, our environment. The call to come awake and take responsibility for our creation has never been more urgent. The evolution of humanity, that means you and me, has geared up in response to the unique opportunity that is presented by this time on our planet.
The evolutionary message that is coded in our DNA is being activated by so many factors now. What we can be assured of is that our preparation for this emergence is unfolding in such perfection that we may fail to see all of what is being offered. Often our experience is one of feeling pushed into a world dream that we may not feel ready for. The speed of the transformation that we are being asked to allow in our lives is just an indication of what is being asked of each us during this dynamic phase of humanity’s development.
Transformation in action means that for something new to be born in us, something must drop away. This dropping away is something that is occurring everyday, as we go about our living of life. We are each being asked to dance with life in this way; releasing, detaching and exercising the power of our awareness to choose how we will respond to what is showing up. Releasing is just part of what each day of living is asking of us. There is not a day that goes by that we are not faced with a choice that either supports the old, limited identity that is the result of outdated beliefs or offers opportunity for a greater part of self to emerge. The opportunity in this act of preparedness is to release what tethers us to old agreements about who we are, who we are not. There is never any accident or randomness to what life brings to us. It all has purpose and it can all be used for learning, in our Earth school, to love all creation even more.
What is dropping away is bigger than any individual story and history; it is an old dream of a divided, powerless, separate self that has kept humans sleeping with their eyes wide open. With each choice we make daily we are either furthering this evolutionary imperative that is flowering now or slowing it down. Drag your feet if you want to but this dynamic evolutionary wave is rolling and we can either surf the crest or get pulled into the undertow. It is all a matter of YOUR choice.
Perhaps, you have come to see the sheer magic in what is showing up in your life everyday. Though it may not be what you consider as “perfect” or how you thought it would look at this particular juncture, it all has grand design and purpose in it. Simply as a doorway of learning to choose another response; one that is born less of a reaction and more of responsibility for what we really are, it exists in perfection. What is showing up in our lives is instructional, teaching us to be a more conscious co -creator of our life. How else do we become truly responsible for our creative powers if they are not exercised and put to the test? A test is only meant to allow the possibility of that which lives at our core, which is really more authentic, to rise to the surface. A conscious creator is not one who always is getting their way with what shows up, but is one who is learning the valuable skill of grace and trust and demonstrating willingness to be aligned with consciousness as it emerges, even if it doesn’t match the picture in our mind.
We can choose to trust that the Source we are co-creating with is imbued with infinite wisdom and insight and is carrying us on this wave of evolutionary energy toward a never previously visited destination. We can not avoid our relationship with the Unknown as the new consciousness of humanity is birthed, we can only choose how graceful we will be in its courtship of us. It is through the allowing of the Unknown to take shape in us that the new consciousness will be birthed into form.
There is only embracing what shows up or complaining and resisting it. If we embrace it we create an energetic that is expansive and less constrictive and then that attracts more of that energy to us. Being afraid of what shows up or thinking there is something wrong with it creates energy in the body that just attracts more of that. We can choose to trust the wisdom of Life and let go and enjoy the ride. Life is just making a better, more flexible co-creator out of us. This is what Life needs to fully manifest the new Consciousness of Humanity that is emerging in our midst. Because we are the ones that are birthing it, we are just undergoing “Mothering/Fathering training to more openly respond and care for our new Creation. We seeded it in our heart’s desire to live a dream of balance, abundance and love on this planet, so now it is up to each of us to grow the seed. We have been called to this level of the creative process together, so extend to your self such gentle gratitude for saying “Yes” to Life and its potential to restore balance and integrity to all living things. Enjoy each day. Maintain an internal balance that you can share with the world. Never lose sight of how valuable each one of us is to creating the dream of the flowering of humanity. And remember you are dreaming.
My love to each of you, in the fullness of our community dream, each of you is held.

Understanding emotion - how it is formed, what purpose it serves, what lies within its hidden messages, and most importantly how it directly affects your daily life, is one of the most powerful ways to bring your world into balance. When you open to learning how emotions affect the quality of your life experience, you begin to make new choices that contribute to your happiness and ultimately to that of all humankind. Imagine a day, month, lifetime of deep balance and happiness. Wouldn’t that be the greatest gift to give yourself and your loved ones?
Emotions surprise and delight us, they annoy and agitate us. They cause turmoil and conflict as well as feelings of goodwill and peace. Your own emotional response to situations in your life can baffle you, never mind trying to decipher your acquaintances, friends, and loved ones perplexing feelings and reactions. Yet we are all emotional beings. It’s what humans do - we manufacture emotions all the time. Your brain is designed to perceive sensation and your mind is designed to interpret this information, and the body is designed to feel. How we interpret the information that we perceive is what creates the emotional responses that are felt in the body. Everything that we feel in our bodies, we end up giving out to the world around us. Our emotions create a ripple effect. When you develop your emotional self awareness, you experience the possibility of bringing a sense of balance into your journey of self-discovery.
With the proper tools of perception and awareness, you can learn how to re-interpret your thoughts and emotions, allowing for the full expression of feeling and sensation to be experienced and enter into a new state of personal freedom and well-being. This brings harmony and balance to your self that can be shared with your loved ones.
Life Mastery Programs are devoted to guiding individuals through the process of unlearning patterns of beliefs that have created emotional imbalance and discontent. Opening the potential for learning how emotions effect the quality of your life experience, can ultimately guide and assist you in making new choices that contribute to your happiness and that of all mankind
The Transformation of FRUSTRATION

I love being married and being a mother. I know that this is part of my Life’s Purpose, along with being a messenger for this wisdom.
Yet at 1:30am last night, I wasn’t in love with any of these roles and I wasn’t so pleased with Life either. For the past hour, my husband Jamie had been popping in and out of bed to determine what was causing the strange, loud noises coming from next door. It was our neighbor, in her pajamas, dragging who-knows-what through her yard. Then my 10 month old, Bodhi, who has recently been sleeping through the night, started wailing.
I was groggy and unhappy to be jerked awake by all three of the offending parties - husband, neighbor, and baby. As I crawled out of bed and pulled Bodhi into my lap in our rocking chair, I was aware of a sensation racing through my body. I felt FRUSTRATION. The stillness of the night amplified it. Since I knew I’d be rocking for awhile, I placed all my attention on what I was feeling.
With the world now quiet, I was keenly aware of Life passing through me. This omnipresent energy was moving and vibrating - and then thunking against the jumble of thoughts in my mind, causing the FRUSTRATION. I suddenly had an image of a child jubilantly riding his bike, legs pumping, flying down a hill with so much momentum. A playing card vibrated against each spin of the wheel. Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick.
My mind was no different. As I heard each story whiz by - Can’t Jamie just stay in bed? She shouldn’t be out there at this time of night. Bodhi should be sleeping. - I saw that each of these opinions was a belief that crashed into the magnificence of this moment in the night, impeding Life from flowing. My idea of how everything should be was causing me to get lost in the noise inside my head and this resulted in the unpleasant FRUSTRATION inside of my body.
What is frustration? I wondered. It’s having an expectation or judgment about Life not being the way I want it to be. It’s my small “me” believing that I know the right way, the way it should be, instead of accepting the way it is. It’s seeing the world through only my lens, without consideration of others.
I took a deep breath. And another. I asked for acceptance and compassion. I sent loving energy to myself. May my heart be full of peace. Another slow, deep breath.
Was there another way to be in this moment? Swiftly I felt a shift in my point of view. I looked down at Bodhi snuggled in my lap. What has he been experiencing? He’s growing at an astonishing rate - learning to talk, crawl, walk, teethe. Ah, compassion. May his heart be full of peace. My awareness traveled to my husband. What was he experiencing when he got out of bed? A desire to protect his family? A frustration at being awoken as well? Ah… May his heart be full of peace. I continued on to my neighbor. Anyone wandering around in the middle of the night is more disturbed than I. May her heart be full of peace.
The night gently settled around me. Enveloped, I sighed, let go and sunk into the rocking motion of the chair, enjoying the warmth of Bodhi nestled into me. I relaxed not knowing how much longer I will have the opportunity to sit quietly in the darkness with a little bear cub in my arms, my husband slumbering soundly in bed, alone with my thoughts and feelings, receiving another message from Life.
Ah… That’s transformation. That’s peace within on a beautiful night.
